Reverend Doctor Cedric D. Rouson is regarded as one of Coastal Virginia's most respected millennial pastors and generational bridge builders. He serves as Lead Pastor of The Place of Change, where he succeeded his parents, Bishop A. Ray Rouson and the late Reverend Christina Rouson, and as Senior Site Pastor of The Mount at Peninsula. 

               

His preparation for ministry includes undergraduate studies in religion at Liberty University, a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, and a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree from Regent University.
